Mullein leaf is an excellent herb for protection during sleep, nightmares and astral travel. Make a simple sachet with mullein and lavender and place under your pillow at night. Makes a great addition to any spells for healing, love, healing, divination and purification. Also, if you have a spell that asks for graveyard dirt and are unable to get some. You can grind and powder mullein as a substitute.
